Cancelation Policy

In case of inclement weather, we may wait for a brief shower to pass, reschedule for another day, or issue a refund if we are unable to reschedule.

No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled cruise. Full refund will be given for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance. We recommend booking your cruise for earlier days of your stay in Florida to allow for possible rescheduling in case of cancellation due to weather.

To cancel or inquire about cancellations, please contact us by phone at 941-225-5150. Cancellations cannot be accepted via email. "No shows" will not be refunded. If you are running late, please inform us so we can inform our captain. We reserve the right to cancel a tour at any time due to weather, safety, mechanical issues, or behavioral issues. In case of cancellation, you will receive a full refund or a gift card for future booking (except for behavioral and alcohol-related cancellations). Our captains have the right to cancel a cruise at any time during the cruise, without refund or rescheduling, due to behavioral or alcohol-related issues.
